We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date. However, we understand that some celebrations come up quickly, so don't hesitate to reach out! We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Standard displays remain up for 24 hours. We set up overnight before your celebration and return the following day to remove everything. If you'd like to extend the display, just let us know! We offer multi-day options for an additional fee.

We monitor weather forecasts closely. In case of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.), we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling or alternative solutions. Our decorations are weather-resistant, but safety is always our priority. We'll work with you to ensure your celebration is still special!

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. You can choose colors, themes, specific messages, and more. We offer both pre-designed packages and fully custom creations. Just tell us what you're imagining, and we'll make it happen!

Our prices include everything: design consultation, all decorations and materials, overnight setup, display for 24 hours, and complete removal. You don't have to worry about a thing! Additional services like extended displays or extra elements can be added for an additional fee.

Nope! That's the beauty of our service. We set up and remove everything without needing you to be present. We work in your yard's public areas and don't require access to your home. Just wake up to the surprise!

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is typically collected when you book your display. We'll send you a confirmation and invoice via email.

Of course! If you have multiple celebrations coming up or want to book for different occasions throughout the year, we're happy to schedule multiple displays. We even offer package deals for repeat customers!
