Dazzled Yards provides professional yard decorating services for various celebrations including birthdays, graduations, holidays, anniversaries, and custom events. Our services include:

Design and installation of yard displays
Setup and removal of decorations
Custom celebration packages
Consultation for special requests

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process:

All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We recommend booking 2 weeks ahead to ensure availability for your preferred date. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Service Area:

We provide services in Plano, Texas and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Availability:

Service availability is subject to weather conditions and our schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested date and time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price
Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or special requests

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund

Weather-Related Cancellations:

If severe weather prevents service delivery, we will reschedule at no additional charge or provide a full refund at your option.

Our Cancellation:

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the service location
Ensure safe and accessible yard space for installation
Inform us of any yard conditions that may affect installation (sprinklers, underground utilities, etc.)
Not tamper with or move decorations once installed
Report any damage or issues within 24 hours of installation

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Dazzled Yards shall not be liable for:

• Damage caused by severe weather, vandalism, or acts of nature
• Injuries resulting from customer or third-party tampering with decorations
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Minor lawn impressions or marks that may occur from decoration stakes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Photography and Marketing

By using our services, you grant Dazzled Yards permission to photograph your display and use these images for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer your display not be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Dazzled Yards and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Texas and the jurisdiction of Dallas County courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
